This year promises many more championship rounds, rallies, races, touring etc.

After the great success of Gulf Dirt Track challenge in the ‘Sun City ‘Jodhpur in the year 2004 , Gulf Oil Corp. Ltd. decided to take this 3rd round of Gulf Dirt Track National Championship to Jodhpur.

This event is scheduled for 17th & 18th September 2005 which will be held at the at Polo Ground, Panchbatti Circle, Ratanade, Jodhpur.

Gulf Dirt Track National Championship will run under the aegis of The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India.

The Championship classes are as follows
Indian Expert Class

Motorcycles above 80cc upto 150cc 2 stroke, Group ‘B’
Foreign Motorcycles upto 250cc 2 & 4 stroke , Group ‘A’
Private Expert class
Motorcycle above 80cc upto 150cc 2 stroke Group ‘B’

There are special classes for Novice Championship.

1. Motorcycles above 80cc upto 150cc 2 stroke Group ‘D’
2. Motorcycles upto 180cc 4 Stroke Group ‘D’

Other races will be held in Scooter Class , 4 stroke, Local class etc., Though they will not be counted in Championship Points.
