Popular sedan now available for an attractive price of Rs 6.59 lakhs onwards

New Delhi, Monday, October 24, 2005: This festive season, Hindustan Motors Limited makes its luxury offering – Lancer – more affordable for discerning customers. The fully loaded family sedan is now available at Rs. 6.59 lakhs for the petrol version and Rs. 7.79 lakhs for the 2.0-ltr-diesel version.

Both the models of the Lancer feature 4 cylinder engines. Lancer Diesel uses silent shaft technology to drastically reduce the noise and vibration levels and make it as silent, comfortable and efficient as its petrol counterpart. The car also packs in elements such as flat torque curve, gas filled shock absorbers and toe link suspension to make driving a pleasurable experience. The tilt and variable power steering would allow easy driving on meandering roads.
