The annual Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally for the year 2005 is scheduled for 2nd & 3rd July.
So friends toughen up yourselves to face the rigor of rain, slush, rivulets and of course see that your scooter is equally strengthened to face the combat
The event will take off from Mumbai and will be a one day event. Maximum of 40 entries on first cum first serve basis will be accepted.
The event is Sponsored by Gulf Oil Corp. Ltd.. Hence, advertisement of other Oil Company / Additives or company manufacturing any products which are competing products with the sponsors / co-sponsors will not be permitted.
The groups and classification are as follows:
Scooters assembled / manufactured in India and homologated with FMSCI under the following classes are eligible to participants in the rally.
1. Class S-1 Above 80 upto 110cc
- Two stroke
2. Class S-2 Above 110cc upto 160cc – Two stroke
2. Class FSG Upto 160 cc- Four Stroke.
The last is a Four Stroke general class for Indian Manufactured Scooters
Entry fees will be as follows:
Standard Entry Fee : for Sportscraft
members : Rs.300/=
Standard Entry Fee : For Non Members : Rs.400/=
Late Fee : For Sportscraft members
: Rs.400/=
Late Fee : For Non Members : Rs.500/=
Entry fee includes: 1) Tea at the start 2) One lunch per participant.
The Supplementary Regulations and the entry forms will be available in our office from the 10th of June.
Early entries will be accepted till Friday 24th June ’05, 17:00 hrs. Late entries will close on Wednesday 29th June at 13:00 hours.
