FMSCI COMPETITION LICENSE 2006
The licensing procedure for 2006 is as under :
There will be four types of 2 wheeler licenses valid till 31-12-2006
1. Entrant / Full Competition License
2. Entrant / Restricted Competition License
3. Entrant / Clubmans License
4. Team Entrant License
Entrant / Full Competition License
Issued by the FMSCI to holders of Restricted Competition License who have participated in a minimum of 3 closed Invitation / Open or 2 speed events. Entitles the holder to participate in all FMSCI events.
Note : It is clarified that even in the case of Closed Invitation or Open events, competitors participating in 2 wheeler events (Group A / B / C) must possess full competition license.
In the case of motocross, if a first timer (novice) wishes to enter the event with a foreign motorcycle (Group A), the FMSCI may issued him a Full Competition License if this has the recommendation of the Club.
Entrant / Restricted Competition License
Issued by the FMSCI to any holder of a valid Civil Driving License. Entitles holder to participate in all FMSCI events up to and including National Championship status but in Group “D” only.
Entrant / Clubmans Competition License
Issued by the organizing club to competitors holding a valid Civil Driving License. Entitles holder to participate in all FMSCI events up to and including Open status in Group “D” only. The FMSCI will supply these licenses to clubs on demand against payment of Rs.100/= per license. Clubs will then issue these licenses across the table to competitors and submit a fortnightly statement of licenses issued along with application forms to the FMSCI.
Team Entrant
Issued by the FMSCI to teams only.
Documents required for issue of FMSCI Competition License
1. Application for Competition License
complete in all respects
2. Medical forms complete in all respects
3. Xerox copy of Civil Driving License, duly authenticated by an FMSCI Member
Club or by a Notary Public
4. 2 Stamp Size Photographs with name / blood group written at the back
5. License fee applicable (see below)
6. Competition Record Book (if applicable)
The competition record book accompanying the license must be maintained by the competitor and returned to the FMSCI at the time of renewal every year-end. The license should be produced on demand to any authorized FMSCI official.

2W Restricted License Rs.250/=
2W Full License Rs.750/=
2W Clubmans License Rs.100/=
2W Team Entrant License Rs.10,000/=
