a
total of 1000 kilometers of sheer experience of South India's
culture, scenary, culture, fun and adventure.
The event has been planned in such a way that there will be more than enough time for the participants to spend and enjoy the historical Mahabalipuram or one or two cool showers at the Courtallam falls and at the same time ensure that they reach the day's destination well before the scheduled time without having to speed all the way.
Whats more.....a portion of the proceeds of this event is donated to the The New Hope Society for Education and Social Welfare, an organization geared towards improving education for India's children and eradicating child labour throughout India. It is the Children of India who would be the ultimate winners of this Challenge.
This unique event is organized by the Adventure Rally Association of Budapest, which hosted the 2005 first annual Budapest - Bamako Rally, an 8000 kilometer rally from the heart of Centra Europe to the heart of West Africa. One of the lead organizers of the Budapest-Bamako Rally and this Indian Autorickshaw Challenge is Mr.Aravind Kumar, a native Indian and owner of Elements Hostel, India's only boutique hostel network. With such expertise, the Indian Autorickshaw Challenge promises to be a milestone in adventure tourism and an unforgettable experience for all participants.
