Castrol Power1 Throttle MAX is an 8 city mega event organised by Castrol India. The event aims to discover the most skilled rider in the country. The Castrol Power1 Throttle Max champions (one in each category – up to 125 cc and between 126 – 250cc) will get an opportunity to be Castrol's guest at the Valencia Moto GP in Spain. |
More than 30 passionate bikers participated in the second leg of Castrol Power1 Throttle Max challenge held in Kolkata on 4th June 2006. The event generated much excitement and tested the riders' skill and control in three different events. The winners who emerged after strong competition were Anil Nagbanshi (up to 125cc) and Jai Shah(126 – 250cc). Both the winners will now go to the All India Finals to be held in Jaipur on 18th June. |

on the event, Anil Nagbanshi winner in the 125 cc said "I
have been waiting for an opportunity like this to participate in a bike
riding challenge. Castrol Power1 Throttle Max has given me the platform
to demonstrate my riding skills. Since, it is not just about speed,
one needs a lot of control to finish the three tough challenges on lowest
time possible." |
