Badal Doshi and Rustom Patel star in Castrol Power1 Throttle Max Challenge
– Will Represent Mumbai in the All India Finals

11th June, Mumbai: Around 40 passionate bikers participated in the Castrol Power1 Throttle Max challenge held in Mumbai today. The event generated much excitement and tested the riders’ skill and control over three different events - an open straight stretch on dirt track, obstacle course and a wiggle-woggle section The winners who emerged after strong competition were Badal Doshi (up to 125cc) and Rustom Patel (126 – 250cc). Both the winners will now join the other winners from Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi and Chandigarh in the All India Finals to be held in Jaipur on 18th June.

Speaking on the occasion, Saugata Basu Ray, Sr. Marketing manager said, ‘Castrol Power1 Throttle Max has thrown up an exciting opportunity for the biking enthusiasts. The event generated much passion and excitement amongst participants and spectators alike. These are the attributes which are very much associated with our brand – Castrol Power1”.

Commenting on the event, Badal Doshi, winner in the 125 cc said “This is a unique opportunity to display skills in speed and control. Castrol Power1 Throttle Max is a fantastic platform for aspiring bikers to gain exposure to an international motor sport event. The event was a thrilling experience and I am looking forward to testing myself against India’s best riders at the finals in Jaipur.”
