GULF FOSTER A CHILD CAR EVENT AN EVENT WITH A CAUSE : 22ND JANUARY 2006 PRESS RELEASE

The Gulf Foster A Child car event, which is an annual feature, is scheduled for 22nd January 2006.

An event with a cause and heart, all you need is a car. Till now this event was a competitive event based on time and distance.

However this year Sportscraft - the organizers, to make the event more interesting and involving the entire crew and children have got a twist to the event in form of having a quiz competition en-route.

For those who are not aware of this event, it is a drive with the family and in each vehicle we will allocate one orphan child. A route chart will be given before the event starts which the participants will have to follow.

It would be nice if the participant could have one or two children in the car to accompany the orphan.

The event will start from South Bombay and will terminate at Khandala or any interesting picnic spot.

There will be special prizes for all ladies team.

As ever Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd. will be donating to the orphanages in kind, moreover part of the entry fees will also be donated.

The rules and regulation will be available from 6th January 2006.

Entries will be accepted till 18th January 2006 on first come first serve bases. A maximum of 50 entries will be accepted.
