Hero Honda Glamour & CBZ Xtreme allowed for motorsports

Hero Honda Glamour PGMFI & Carburettor version and Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme are allowed to participate in Indian Motorsporting events from 20th April 2007, according to a circular issued by The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI), which is the National Sports Federation recognized by the Government of India.

Worldwide, only those vehicles whose technical details are made available to the National motorsport federation and verified by them are only allowed to participate in motorsporting events, so as to ensure safe and fair competition.

Glamour with its 124.80 cc engine and Xtreme with 149.20 cc will be seen in action during the first round of the FMSCI approved Ucal Rolon National Road Racing Championship - the six round National Championship, the first round of which will be held between 27th and 29th April 2007 at Coimbatore Race Track.
