The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) which is the National Sports Federation recognized by the Government of India for the control and promotion of motorsports in India has invited comments from its members, competitors, tuners, officials and anyone interested in motorsports, on the improvement of 2 wheeler motorsport in India.

With international motorcycle manufacuturers coming in to India with powerful bikes, with many manufacturers now showing interest in entering the field of motorsport, with many of our riders doing well in the international arena, the FMSCI has scheduled a meeting of the 2 Wheeler Committee on 18th October 2008 @ Chennai. The circular from the FMSCI stated that the meeting has been called for to discuss and finalise the 2009 2W Technical Regulations, sporting matters, & promotion of 2 wheeler motorsport in India and that any suggestions for the improvement of our sport may please be sent, to reach them latest by 7th October 2008.
