Aditya Patel all set for Formula BMW races at Shanghai

With just three races remaining of the Formula BMW Pacific 2008 season, the outcome of the next two rounds – 14 and 15 – at the Shanghai in China this weekend will have bearing effects on the overall results. Formula BMW Pacific Rounds 14 and 15 will be supporting races for the 2008 Formula 1 Sinopec Chinese Grand Prix.

The lone Indian competitor Aditya Patel features currently in the top ten in the overall category and fourth in the Rookies category. Adityas sterling performances in Singapore last month had received rave reviews and comments. Starting in 17th place on the grid, Aditya had finished 7th. Aditya will be racing for Team IND/Eurasia Motorsport.

Round 14 of Formula BMW Pacific will be held over 10 laps of the 5.451km Shanghai International Circuit on Saturday, October 18, with Round 15 to be run on Sunday.
