The 4th round of the Speed FMSCI 4W
INRC is scheduled between Oct 30 and 1st Nov 2009 in Nashik.
The RSC competitors have been requesting the FMSCI for tyre support,
particularly for this round, as they have to invest on new tyres for
this rally alone, as the terrain for this rally is asphalt while for
all other rallies it is dirt. The FMSCI has been working on this and
JK Tyre & Industries Limited who have been supporting
the FMSCI National Racing Championship for the past 12 years have
readily come forward to give the 1 race old tarmac tyres to the Rally
Star Cup Competitors free of cost for the Nashik round.
Mr.Sanjay Sharma, head, Motorsport division of the
JK Tyre & Industries Limited said “Our
endeavour is to be associated and support this sport at every level
in the country. Today, when the problems have all been resolved, every
supporter of this sport will rise to the occasion whenever asked by
FMSCI. As promoters of this sport, we contribute to every aspect of
it; therefore, we have readily come forward to provide one race old
tarmac tyres for RSC.”
